By creating a Vair account and accepting these terms, you agree to everything below.
Who can use Vair
You must be at least 18. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and rely on what you tell us. If you give an incorrect date of birth to use the app while under 18, that's on you, and we may suspend or remove the account.
What Vair does
Vair lets you upload photos of yourself and of garments and generates images of you wearing them (Try On), along with Wardrobe, Discovery and Outfit of the day. Your photos are processed by us, and in some cases by third-party AI providers, only to generate the result you asked for. See the privacy policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results you generate. You're responsible for having the right to upload any photo, including that anyone shown in it has agreed to how you're using it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload a photo of another real person without their knowledge and consent;
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to use;
- disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or the systems behind it.
Credits, subscriptions and payments
Some features use credits or need a subscription. Allotments, prices and what each tier includes are shown in the app and may change; we'll make changes clear in the app. See Refunds and cancellation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Vair and delete your account at any time in the app (Menu, then Account, then Delete Account) or by email; see Delete your account.
No warranty, limited liability
Vair is provided "as is". Images are made by AI and may not be accurate, flattering or what you expected, and we don't guarantee any result. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vair and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the app.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
