Delete your account

You can delete your Vair account and your data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open the menu, then Account.
- Choose Delete Account and enter your password to confirm.
- You have 30 days to change your mind. Your account is switched off and you're signed out everywhere. Sign in again within 30 days and everything is restored exactly as it was.
By email
If you can't get into the app, write to support@vair-protelle.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Vair account". Include your username and the email address or phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you, then start the same process.
What is deleted
After the 30 days, we permanently delete your account and everything linked to it: your profile details, your photo, wardrobe, saved lists and looks, generated results and thumbnails, messages to the styling assistant, notification settings, and your credits and subscription time. This can't be undone.
What we may keep
Records of payments are kept for as long as the law requires. Encrypted backups of our systems are overwritten on a rolling schedule. Your photos are not kept for any other purpose.
Unused credits and any remaining subscription time are lost when your account is deleted. If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel the subscription there too; see Refunds and cancellation.
